Estimated product delivery time is stated exclusively in the product page under "Delivery & Returns" tab.
You can track the progress of your delivery via the link supplied in your order dispatch email. In case of any questions and inquiries, please reach to us via firstname.lastname@example.org or "Contact Us" form on the web page.
EXCHANGES & RETURNS
The terms and conditions for returns & exchanges may vary from product to product. Applicable return & exchange terms and conditions for your purchased product or product of interest are stated similarly in in the product page under “Delivery & Returns” tab.
For products where returns or exchanges are possible, you are required to submit the request within 2 days of your receipt of the order, provided all items have their original tags in place, are unworn, not damaged and include all accessories/pieces as their original condition.
Please note that custom & personalized items and sale items are not refundable or exchangeable. Most items that are customized are stated so in their description. If you are unsure if your item is a customized item please email us at email@example.com.
All the refunds of any transaction’s amount against any purchase through this website would be refunded to the original mode of payment.
HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE?
Simply send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will arrange the courier to pick up the items you want to change or return. The courier for exchanges and returns are borne by the customer, given that items are in their original condition. In case of returns, we will make a bank transfer to refund the amount.
